Reasons for Return, Exchange, or Refund
You may request a return, exchange, or refund for the following reasons:
1. If there is a factory defect or damage to the item.
2. If the item received differs in design or size from what was ordered.

Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. We are happy to exchange the product or issue a refund if necessary.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Instructions
• Complete the RETURN FORM with your order number and the reason for the return.
Note: Sale items, pre-ordered, custom-made, and personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can address the issue. Returns must meet the following conditions:
1. No presence of perfume or fragrance on the fabric.
2. Tags and labels must remain intact.
3. The garment must not be washed.
4. No makeup or other stains on the fabric.
Please note that as a small business, Beautiful Stitches does not cover delivery costs for returned items. This includes items sent back for exchange. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping both to return the item and to receive the exchanged item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the unwanted item. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or we reach out to you for your account information. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
